Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

A window will open with your files uploaded (see example in Picture-1).
In the “Download” section, you’ll see a button with a link for downloading. Please click on this button, then save the archive file to your computer. You’ll need to unzip the archive to access all the patterns.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email (see example in Picture-2) with a duplicate link, where you can download the archive with all PDF patterns at any convenient time.

PROBLEM WITH LOADING:

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT FILES:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect file, please contact us at info@labpattern.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file or offering a suitable solution.
